Six years later 2013 the US is making a slow recovery, but still 50 million Americans live in poverty that includes about 20% being children. It’s estimated that over 600,000 people live in shelters for the homeless or on the streets. Americas wars are taking a devastating effect on its people with much a high cost in military spending of over $690 billion dollars or nearly $2000 for every man, woman and child, only Israel spends more, but they are surrounded by countries that want to annihilate them.

You can eat cakes, cookies that includes healthy ingredients like Buck wheat flour instead of white flour, Stevia as a sweetener instead of white sugar, cinnamon instead of salt.
