Was first conceived as an option to the many success/money/motivational blogs on the Internet that do not necessarily address the core issues facing people who may be retired, or are soon to retire, and those who have been made redundant or are unemployed and looking for ways to change their lifestyle.
Since than, I see an even greater need not only for the above mentioned people, but for people both young and old and all those in between. It all started in 2012 when I was travelling around the Middle East, Europe and the UK, I noticed that there were many of over weight people, I also observed that most of the over weight type would be in the lower social economic group, that’s the impression I got. What was also very noticeable to me was that Europeans tended to be slimmer than those in the UK.
We know from television that Americans tend to be over weight and that the level of diabetes in the State is alarmingly high, it’s estimated that by 2020 about 50% of the USA population will have diabetes.
It was with my travels and the knowledge I have gained, that my blog will focus on creating a healthy lifestyle through the food we eat.
