    So sorry, we only just saw your message – been excrutiatingly busy and haven’t been checking. The house is for sale privately (phone Mike on 094263312 or 0220433947) or if you prefer you can talk to Hepzibah from Prestige Real Estate on 09-4262420. The price privately is $888,000. Next door sold for $932,000 so given the comparisons we are able to make between the two, ours is very well priced.
